OptiBac Probiotics For Babies & Children are suitable for infants and children from birth to 12 years old, these are also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The type of natural bacteria needed in infants and children are very different from those needed in adulthood. This supplement contains a natural bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus Rosell-52. This supplement is free from sugars, artificial flavours and colourings.
Infants from birth to 3 years: take one sachet daily with milk or food, with breakfast.
Children (4 to 12 years): take one-to-two sachets daily with food, with breakfast.
Pregnant & breastfeeding women: take one sachet a day with food, with breakfast.
Shake the sachet, then slowly sprinkle contents onto food or intoa glass of water or cold milk and vigorously swirl to dissolve fully. Do not use a spoon as this may cause the sachet contents to clump. Adults and children should drink plenty of water during a course of live cultures.
